Wendy's career in Human Resources started the old fashioned way.....by accident.
20 years later the passion and drive to create work environments that support both
the health and growth of the business and the health and growth of
the individual employees continues to challenge and excite.
With an emphasis on internationally headquartered manufacturing organizations, Wendy has worked globally to support expansion and growth into the US market. Specific experience in organizational strategy, partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute people strategy, building US HR infrastructure, benefits, acquisition integration, culture alignment, compliance, compensation, performance management, and HRIS implementation.
